• Personal touch – if you have the contact’s name then use it in the title, as ‘Dear Reader’ is very impersonal, and people will be much more likely to read the email if it is addressed to them directly.
• Keep it Real – don’t promise more than you can offer in your email marketing campaigns, as this will just make your customers angry and is bad business practice.
